When Franklin's fourth president, Dr. David R. Decker, took office in August 2007, he became immersed in the University's philosophy and mission. As a result, the basic tenets of Franklin's mission statement were distilled into four distinct cornerstones that will guide the University's decisions and direction into the future - ultimately to foster the academic and professional success of our students, faculty and staff.
Your myFranklin username and password are the same as your Franklin student e-mail username and password. If you change your myFranklin password here, your student e-mail password will also be changed.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your myFranklin password you may reset it using the form below. After entering the information below and clicking the Continue button you will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number and answer an additional question, referred to as a "Challenge Question."
If you have logged in before and have taken advantage of the option to set your own Challenge Question you may answer your own Challenge Question. If you have not set your own Challenge Question you will need to know your Student ID, which is found on the registration paperwork you receive upon registering for courses.
If you have not set your own Challenge Question and do not know your Student ID, you may contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Passwords must be 8 to 10 characters in length and contain at least one upper case character, one lower case character, and at least two digits or special characters. Spaces, &, % and + are not allowed.
